Returns & Exchange Policy for bizashoes.com Purchases Only:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer 90 days for returns and exchanges. All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition and no refunds will be issued on WORN merchandise. All refunded merchandise must have original packaging and be in resalable condition. When returning a pair of shoes to us it’s important that you do not use the actual shoe box as the shipping box. Putting labels on the actual shoe-box damages it and we will charge you an additional $15 fee for doing so.

Shipping fees:
Free return shipping on all exchanges and defective merchandise (See defect policy below). If you are returning for any other reason besides an exchange or defective product, a $5.00 return label fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
Return & Exchange Process:
To return or exchange your product, fill out our Return/Exchange form. For exchange please specify the new item/size you would like. We will then send you a shipping label. Once we receive the product back to our warehouse, allow up to 5 business days for processing. Biza will only process Exchanges or Returns from product purchased directly from bizashoes.com.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 businesses days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 1-844-283-3227 or email returns@bizashoes.com
Damages, Defects or Incorrect Items:
