Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Free Ground Shipping We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100.00 and over,  within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with rates calculated at the time of purchase.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping options, including Next Day Air, are available at checkout. Orders requesting Next Day Air must be placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday–Friday to be processed the same business day. Delivery times for expedited options are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

P.O. Boxes We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes via UPS Ground. California customers with a P.O. box address will be shipped via USPS. For all other states, please use a standard street address or contact us at customerservice@bizashoes.com before placing your order.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you on the date your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@bizashoes.com or call 1-844-283-3227.
