90-Day Returns & Exchanges

Eligible BIZA Shoes purchases may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery.

Shoes must be unworn, in new condition, and returned with the original BIZA shoe box and packaging. We recommend trying your shoes on indoors until you're sure they're the right fit.

Free Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? Eligible exchanges are free.

We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label, and your replacement pair will be sent based on product availability.

Easy $5 Returns

Prefer a refund? No problem.

We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct just $5 from your refund. The return-label fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at returns@bizashoes.com or 1-844-283-3227 and include your order number.
2. We'll send return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
3. Pack your shoes securely in their original BIZA shoe box and packaging.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Purchased From Another Retailer?

If you purchased your BIZA Shoes through Amazon, Walmart, or another authorized retailer, your return or exchange should be handled through the retailer where the purchase was made and is subject to that retailer's return policy.
